AL 619 screen reads program not authorized after update. Help!

    I just downloaded available updates for my AL 619. After that I opened ABS screen and tried to open European but the scan tool froze. Now it just reads "program not authorized. Please obtain the authorization. The screen reads V1.10 when powered up without the card installed . S/N MSA012003765 Please help. Thank you

    Our authorization has changed a bit........ So all you have to do is to update again,....Don't forget to update the OBDII program.
